Flood Relief and Church Planting in Pakistan – How Compassion Opens the Door for the Gospel

Church Planting in Pakistan Through Relief Work

The devastating floods in Pakistan destroyed more than 3,000 villages and left thousands of Christian families without homes, food, or security. In this crisis, Good Samaritan Ministries Pakistan responded with love and action, reaching affected families with urgent relief. By providing food packages and a 20KG flour bag for each household, we not only met physical needs but also advanced our vision of church planting in Pakistan.

How Flood Relief Strengthens Church Planting Vision

Every disaster brings an opportunity to show the compassion of Christ. While visiting flood-hit villages, our team shared not only food but also the Good News of Jesus Christ. These families, already broken by loss, were open to receiving encouragement and prayer. This gave us a chance to introduce the message of salvation and begin relationships that can grow into church fellowships.

In many places, relief efforts have laid the foundation for new church plants. Communities that once had little or no Christian presence are now welcoming Bible studies, prayer groups, and gatherings where the Word of God is shared.

Church Planting in Pakistan: From Relief to Revival

At Good Samaritan Ministries, we see every act of kindness as part of the larger mission of church planting in Pakistan. Our flood relief project is not just humanitarian work — it is a kingdom investment. Each bag of food is a testimony of God’s love, and each prayer with a family is a seed that can grow into a new church community.

Join Us in Praying for Church Planting in Pakistan

We invite you to continue standing with us in prayer for both the relief efforts and the vision of church planting in Pakistan. The harvest is ready, and through compassion and perseverance, new churches are being planted in some of the hardest-to-reach areas.

Together, let us bring relief and redemption, meeting urgent physical needs while planting lasting churches for the glory of Jesus Christ.

In faith and solidarity,
