Mission work in Sri Lanka
I met a Buddhist man on the Sri Lanka airport. I asked him to help me to tell me about a good hotel where I can stay. He was so nice to me and he told me and even went with me and asked the hotel manager to give me some favour. I told him that I am Christian from Pakistan and I serve the LORD Jesus Christ. He told me that he is Buddha believer and he believes that Buddha is way of life. But he asked me that he wants to know about the LORD Jesus Christ, I was delighted to see this hungry soul to know about the True Saviour. I shared with him “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. John 14:6.” We became good friends than he invited me to his home and he asked me to pray for his family. It was great experience for me to pray and share the Gospel with the Buddhist family. Thank you Lord for using me for YOUR KINGDOM.
In Sri Lanka I went to one Buddhists Temple just to visit and see. There I met a man in the Temple. He works in the Temple and was great believer of Buddha and started telling me about Buddha, I told him that I am from Pakistan but I am Christian so he was comfortable with me and started showing me the temple and telling me about their Idols Gods. I told him that I am Christian preacher and we share the message of Jesus Christ and HE is the way of life for everyone not only for those people who born in Christian families but also for everyone who will accept HIM as their Saviour. He was very intelligent man with much knowledge but not the knowledge of life.
I am very thankful to Lord that HE used me. He was not giving me chance to speak but I got my chance and I shared the Love of Jesus Christ. I told him that God loves him so much because he is HIS child.
